Monumenta, a dynamic and contemporary marketing agency, challenged our team to design a multifunctional space for coexistence and decompression—reflecting the agency’s dual focus on creativity and professionalism.
The design of the reception and waiting area employs a more refined, understated material palette. Curved walls and built-in niches lend fluidity to the space, while brightly colored, playful furniture contrasts with the black-painted interior. This contrast symbolizes Monumenta’s core values: bold creativity paired with a strong sense of commitment.
In the cafeteria and decompression area, a vibrant yellow color scheme energizes the space. A mix of seating options—including a curved bench, a communal table, and smaller bistro tables—offers staff flexible environments for reading, relaxing, socializing, or holding informal team meetings.
To ensure the agency’s operations continued uninterrupted, construction was carefully phased to allow staff to remain on-site throughout the renovation process.
